Having joined the firm in early 2007, Courtney is one of its longest-tenured consultants, and has successfully completed over 100 executive-level searches. Recognized by both colleagues and clients for her commitment to excellence, Courtney is regularly called upon to manage the most complex assignments. Her clients benefit from the vast network of connections she has developed over the course of her career, and from the knowledge base she possesses as a result of the diverse portfolio she has managed.
Courtney predominantly serves clients in the healthcare space – including hospitals, health systems, medical groups, health plans and insurance providers, and associations – and her recruitment experience has spanned the full spectrum of administrative functions, from chief executives and board members to senior leaders in compliance, finance, fundraising and foundations, human resources, information technology, legal affairs, marketing, medical affairs, nursing, pharmacy, population health, quality, strategy and business development, and an assortment of operational and clinical departments. As a result, the level of expertise she is able to bring to any search is tremendous. She has led some of QLK's most notable searches, recently placing the chief financial officer for a $23 billion health system on the West Coast.
