Trinity is a community hospital licensed for 193 beds that treats more than 90,000 patients each year from southeastern Chicago and northwestern Indiana. It has approximately $155 million in annual revenue and is served by more than 300 physicians, leading other hospitals in its peer group for clinical outcomes. The work Terika and her team accomplished earned the hospital designation as a “Top 50 Hospital” in the nation from Healthgrades.

Previously, Terika served as the chief operating officer and interim CEO of HCA-Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia; as the associate administrator of HCA-Reston Hospital Center in Reston, Virginia; and as the administrative director of operating services at North Shore-LIJ Health System in Manhasset, New York.
