Principal

Zack W. Reynolds

Zack Reynolds serves as a Principal with Quick Leonard Kieffer.  He previously served as a senior associate for a Chicago-based retained executive search firm, as well as an in-house corporate recruiter for a large Fortune 500 company.  Zack has over 10 years of executive search experience across various industries, with a heavy emphasis in healthcare. 

He has conducted senior level assignments for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to large academic medical centers, small rural healthcare providers, associations, and other not-for-profit organizations.   Zack began his career in executive search as a research associate for the Chicago office of a large international search firm and was responsible for all research strategy, candidate development, database management, and MIS functions.  

Zack holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.  He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).  Zack is currently completing his MBA from Loyola University in Chicago.
