Sharman McGurn is a Managing Partner with Quick Leonard Kieffer.  Previously, Sharman was a vice president of another well-respected executive search firm.  She brings a depth of successful search experience, having handled a broad range of national engagements throughout the US healthcare delivery system.  Her clients have included large academic medical centers and small specialty hospitals, urban and rural hospitals and healthcare systems, payers, medical device and biosciences organizations, and distributors of medical products and services.  Sharman is also a consultant to her clients, helping them assess and define their human capital needs.

Additionally, Sharman served as vice president for a generalist search firm during a period of tremendous growth, and, earlier in her career as the vice president of placement for Health Professionals International, a search consultancy which specialized in the recruitment and placement of allied health professionals.

Sharman holds a masters degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware, Newark.
