Scott M. Sammon

Scott Sammon is a Managing Partner with Quick Leonard Kieffer. Scott is one of the firm’s senior partners, with a focus on senior level management positions in HealthCare, Human Resources and Associations. Scott began his career in executive search following a nine-year management career. Scott serves as lead consultant to clients, often providing design and structure strategies to ensure long-term organizational success. He also serves as the firm’s in house Human Resources expert, providing senior HR expertise to the rest of our team for Chief Executive Officers and other senior searches. Scott also serves as consultant to both Association and Hospital Boards, and has acted as facilitator for board retreats for numerous organizations. He has personally led nearly fifty Chief Executive Officers searches. Scott has a varied management career. He began his career in the sales and management-training program of a large fortune 500 company, rising through the ranks for nearly five years. He then accepted a position managing the operations of a mid-size manufacturing firm for over five years before moving to Chicago and eventually joining Quick Leonard Kieffer. Scott has also served on the boards of various not-for-profit organizations. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration, the American College of Healthcare Quality, and the American Society of Association Executives. Scott holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois, is working towards his MBA, and has been a certified Professional In Human Resources (PHR). |
