Managing Partner

Patricia A. Ahern

Patricia Ahern is a Managing Partner with Quick Leonard Kieffer.  Previously, she was a Senior Director with Hersher Associates with an emphasis on Chief Information Officer recruitment.

Pat came to healthcare executive search after 15 years in corporate marketing and communications with M&M Mars and Borden, Inc.  Pat brings this expertise to Quick Leonard Kieffer. She now manages all aspects of national assignments for a wide variety of healthcare organizations such as     academic medical centers, community and rural hospitals, large healthcare systems, physican practice groups and healthcare associations.

Before joining Quick Leonard Kieffer, Pat was the Director of Recruiting Services for INFOHEALTH Management Corp., an outsourcing healthcare consulting company. There she established and developed the recruiting function for the company

Throughout her career, Pat is often asked to consult with senior management teams to define and recruit for cutting edge positions as they develop in the healthcare arena such as Electronic Health Record, Leadership and Organizational Development.  Pat is frequently invited to be a guest speaker at Association Forum seminars.

Pat has a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Mundelein College-Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois.
