Managing Partner

Martha W. Bermingham R.N.

Martha Bermingham is a Managing Partner with Quick Leonard Kieffer.  Martha joined the Quick Leonard Kieffer on January 1, 2001, from a well-known established search firm in the Chicago area.  She is a registered nurse with expertise in the areas of nursing management and information systems.  She has been a Head Nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and has taught nursing students in a Diploma Program in Boston. 

After graduate school, Martha worked for Arthur Andersen and Company in their consulting division installing large order entry systems, before joining Lutheran General Hospital as a Nursing Administrator.  She has completed searches for many healthcare system executives, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Medical Officer searches.

Martha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in nursing from Simmons College and a Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
