Principal

Jake Barto

Jake Barto is currently a Principal with Quick Leonard Kieffer. Assisting the firm’s Partners, he has executed numerous search assignments for large health systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, medical groups and healthcare associations since joining the firm in 2009.

During his tenure with QLK, Jake has learned a great deal about the healthcare space and has used that knowledge to find leaders for healthcare organizations throughout the country. He has played a key role in helping his clients recruit Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents and Directors.

Prior to joining QLK, Jake worked for another search firm in the Chicago suburbs where he specialized in medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare assignments. Jake prides himself on his ability to delve deep into the organizations that he works with to gain an understanding of their challenges, opportunities and culture.

Jake holds a BA from The University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa.
